Youth Concert

A free concert featuring SOS From the Kids (semi- finalists in ‘Britain’s Got Talent’), Petersfield Area Schools String Orchestra and outstanding young soloists from our area. PLUS the Snail’s Progress Gamelan bus workshops at 1:30pm and 2:30pm. Come and play the exotic, mystical, meditative music from the beautiful Indonesian islands. Suitable for all ages. 

If you’d like to inspire your children to do more music, this is the event to come to! FREE admission

Open to all instrumentalists and all abilities.  Bring your instrument and experiment with the vibrant Eastern European groove - led by the experts from tonight's headline act.

Free for those with tickets to the evening concert - otherwise suggested donation £5

Unicorn Frequency


Russian gypsy gems, Hungarian dances, Romanian laments, Bulgarian rhythms, free improvisation, classical music and jazz: a fiery ensemble of virtuosos featuring guitar, accordion and double bass, led by violinist Bogdan Vacarescu, whose “technical mastery made it sound as if there were at least two fiddlers.” The Scotsman
